  • Schools in the canton of Aargau benefit from a 50% reduction on travel, admission and the education programme ("Kultur macht Schule" grant). This offer should be booked directly through Museum Aargau.

Notes on visiting the museum

Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the museum area.

Prams may be taken into the museum. However, a large part of the exhibition is only accessible via stairs. Prams can be deposited at the reception.

Small bags up to size A4 are permitted in the exhibition rooms. Larger bags and rucksacks must be deposited in the cloakroom. Lockers are available free of charge (deposit CHF 1).
